No. As per UGC guidelines, a degree obtained through an approved online program from a recognized university is considered equivalent to a regular on-campus degree in all academic and professional aspects.

All programs are delivered entirely through a Digital Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS provides access to pre-recorded video lectures, live interactive sessions, e-books, quizzes, formative assessments, and discussion forums for collaborative learning.

  1. Visit the official website Go to glaonline.com and begin the application process by selecting “Apply Now.” Choose the Online Campus option to start your registration.
  2. Log in to your account Use the login credentials created during the initial registration to access the application portal.
  3. Complete the registration form Enter all required information, including personal details, parent/guardian details, and residential information.
  4. Pay the registration fee Submit the non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,000 to proceed further.
  5. Provide educational details Fill in your academic information and generate your DEB ID as instructed.
  6. Upload necessary documents Submit all required documents along with the mandatory undertaking.
  7. Pay the admission fee Complete the process by paying the applicable admission fee.

Yes. GLA Online programs are designed to offer maximum flexibility, enabling learners—especially working professionals—to balance academic commitments with full-time employment.

Upon successful completion of the program, the degree certificate is issued by GLA Online University through the following modes:

  • In-person collection at the GLA Online University, Mathura Campus during Convocation
  • Courier dispatch in case the learner is unable to attend the Convocation ceremony

No. At present, international learner enrollment has not commenced for GLA Online programs.

Internships are not mandatory; however, they are highly encouraged. GLA Online provides guidance and support to help learners pursue industry-relevant internships or projects.

Yes. GLA Online offers career development and placement assistance, including resume building, interview preparation, access to job portals, and participation in recruitment drives.

Yes. The flexible and self-paced learning model allows learners to effectively manage both professional and academic responsibilities.

Learners are required to submit the following documents:

  • Class 10th and 12th mark sheets (for undergraduate programs)

GLA Online provides live sessions for convenient learning. However, in case you miss a lecture, you can view the recorded sessions of live classes available on LMS.

Learners are expected to maintain a minimum of 75% participation in all academic activities of the online program to be eligible for the end-semester examinations.

All GLA Online programs are offered in English. Live classes are conducted in a dual-mode format, providing learners with flexibility and an enhanced, student-friendly learning experience.

GLA Online provides comprehensive learner support through program coordinators, course coordinators, mentors, doubt-clearing sessions, discussion forums, and dedicated technical assistance, ensuring guidance at every stage of the learning journey.

Internal evaluations under GLA Online include formative assessments consisting of multiple-choice questions, which must be completed on the LMS within a stipulated time period.

The progress report is calculated based on multiple components:

    • Live Classes: 50%
    • Recorded Lectures & SLMs: 20%
    • Discussion Forum Participation: 20%
    • Formative Assessments: 10%

Therefore, completing videos and studying the SLMs alone may not significantly increase the overall progress percentage. Participation in all components is required for better progress.

You can access the recorded lectures under Recorded Lectures in My Course Section tab in your LMS.

You can view your assessments by navigating to the Assessment tab in the LMS. Under this section, you will find the formative assessments for each subject.

The Academic Calendar contains important academic dates, examination schedules, holidays, and other key university events. Learners are encouraged to check the Academic Calendar before raising any query related to the specified dates.

Login to your LMS account. From the navigation panel on the left-hand side, go to academic calendar tab to view your academic calendar.

GLA Online conducts exams online through a secure AI-proctored system.

The examination date sheet is generally released approximately one to two weeks before the commencement of examinations. Learners will be informed through official communication once it becomes available.

Yes. Before the examinations, an orientation session is conducted to familiarize learners with examination procedures, portal navigation, technical requirements, and important examination guidelines.

The recording of the session is made available to learners for future reference. Additionally, mock exams are provided before the examinations to help learners familiarize themselves with the exam platform.

Examinations are generally scheduled on weekends to facilitate greater accessibility and participation among learners.

If you are unable to appear for your End-Term Semester Examination, you can take the examination during the Carry Over Examination cycle. They are conducted twice a year.

If you wish to collect your Degree Certificate in person, you may visit the university campus and collect it on the same day.

If you would like to receive your Degree Certificate by post, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the GLA University Portal:

  2. Navigate to the "Service Request" section under the "OTHER" tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Fill in the required details and mention your Name and Roll Number in the remarks section.
  4. Submit the request and make the required payment:
    • Degree Certificate (Postal Charges): ₹500
    • Migration Certificate: ₹400
  5. After making the payment, download the payment receipt and send it via email along with the following details:
    • Name
    • Email ID
    • Complete and accurate mailing address
    • Mobile Number
    • Recent Aadhaar Card copy (for verification)

Important:

  • The postal delivery service is available only for addresses within India.
  • Ensure that the mailing address provided is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

No, internships are not included as part of the online program. However, we aid learners based on their interests and preferences regarding internships. Data will be collected from the learner, and if they meet the eligibility criteria, they may be referred to the opportunity. Yes, GLA Online offers placement readiness support for freshers and career growth assistance for working professionals. Please note that we provide guidance and support only; this does not guarantee job placement.

If you fail to submit the assessment before the deadline, the assessment window closes automatically, and further submissions cannot be accepted. You can still appear for the End-Term Examination; however, no marks will be awarded for the missed assessment.

Learners are advised to undertake the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies.
  • Use an updated browser such as Chrome or Edge.
