The “Job Readiness Diagnostic Lab” was a structured workshop comprising five skill-focused sessions aimed at enhancing students’ employability and professional readiness. The workshop covered key areas such as resume building, personal branding, group discussion skills, recruiter perspective, and interview preparation. Through practical activities, simulations, and expert feedback, participants gained hands-on experience and improved their confidence, communication, and overall job readiness.
Sessions Covered:
• Resume Clinic (4 April 2026) – Focused on live resume correction, bullet-point rewriting, and improving clarity and impact.
• Personal Branding Studio (12 April 2026) – Emphasized elevator pitch development, professional presence, and communication skills.
• GD Power in Practice and Strategy (18 April 2026) – Included simulated group discussions to enhance articulation and teamwork.
• Recruiter Mind Game (25 April 2026) – Provided insights into resume screening through recruiter-based simulations.
• Interview Hot Seat (2 May 2026) – Conducted mock HR interviews with structured feedback to improve confidence and response framing.
